State Feature Spotlight: Use the comment menu feature to review filings more efficiently
Looking to speed up your filing review process? Remember that the comment menu feature can help.
Select a comment from your drop-down menu to switch from typed comments to a single click. You also can select a comment from the drop-down menu and type additional information to share with the filer.
Some commonly used comments were pre-loaded into your agency's menu options, or your administrator can edit your options in the Manage Comments interface of the administrator account:
You can add new comments, edit existing comments, or deactivate comments you don't need.
